Description

ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Head of Evaluation.

The responsibilities of the Head of Evaluation include:

  • Effective providing of resources in order to assure efficient process execution
  • Analyzing for continuous improvement the capabilities of all Data Evaluation employees as needed to meet the process requirements, ensuring that employees are trained and qualified to do their duties and tasks on a level which allows for individual as well as global flexibility
  • Supporting business line managers in supervising the correct application of defined procedures as an active partner with respect to optimization
  • Efficient cooperation with other departments with respect to obtaining the required resources (tools, software, etc.) in time and as needed
  • Developing the assigned employees (currently 80+) in their professional career
  • Ensuring that infrastructure and equipment are well maintained and optimized
  • Ensuring that all relevant knowledge is maintained and up to date in the relevant documentation and systems
  • Optimizing the utilization of all resources in cooperation with business line managers and in the network with all entities globally 
  • Communicating on a regular basis to employees general ROSEN topics such as business status, organization, strategy, etc.
  • Measuring department performance with Resourcing performance indicators in line with ROSEN Group definitions
  • Safeguarding company policies and work procedures are followed, especially systems that are used in a correct manner 
  • Driving general applicable standards and procedures (e.g. 5S) and supporting business specific standards and procedures
  • Supporting the assigned employees with respect to quality, health and safety
  • Developing an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes market orientation, quality, continuous improvement and employee retention
  • Ensuring that all resources are in line with ROSEN values jointly with Execution and Collaboration 
  • Ensuring compliance with code of conduct and local regulations
  • Effective & efficient achieving of specified targets

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of Data Evaluation/Analysis experience preferred
  • Problem solving and quick decision skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, flexible, and maintains confidentiality
  • Experience directly managing personnel
  • Proven ability to achieve positive results in a manner that drives efficiency
