Due to our rapid growth; we are currently looking for a full time Marketing Services. The Marketing Services Coordinator will report to the Head of Marketing Services, Canada, USA, Mexico and Central America and will be responsible for regional support for marketing and internal communications.
The Coordinator will be a brand steward, and will maintain the internal SharePoint, support team and department sites. The Coordinator will write, edit and post regularly, support the development of the employee magazine, and maintain the CRM. They will also provide Marketing, Exhibition and event support, as well as maintain the collateral and give away material for the department.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and edit various internal and external communications.
• Internal website/share point content management, support, and training.
• Sourcing, writing and posting regular articles/events/success.
• Sourcing and writing articles, developing layout, editing, and distribution of employee magazine.
• Support with internal communication, roll outs and initiatives.
• Proof and post articles written by contributors.
• Manage CRM administration, data quality, and guest lists.
• Gather Market Intelligence for weekly internal updates.
• Provide new hire orientation on brand and marketing.
• Keep visitor and internal A/V content up to date.
• Project Resumes and Case Studies.
• Coordinate exhibition materials and show requirements internally and externally.
• Support planning and coordination of events and roadshows.
• Keep exhibition handbooks up to date.
• Attend exhibitions as required.
• Manage the online and onsite give aways and collateral material, fill orders.
• Work with procurement on sourcing and billing.
• Keep inventory current.
• Work on various special projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Travel to Rosen’s other locations nationally and internationally may be required.
Requirements
Qualifications:• Post-Secondary education with diploma or degree in Communications, Journalism, Editing, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, InfoPath).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong Writing and Editing Skills – examples or portfolio required.
• Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple projects in parallel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Meticulously organized and task driven.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in an integrated communications, marketing and business development team.
• Friendly and personable with exceptional customer service abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate efforts and inspire brand support.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility and diplomacy in interpersonal relationships.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrates emotional maturity and ability to operate under stressful situations.
• Proficient in Adobe Design Suite, (Specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop).
• SharePoint, Pinnacle Pro, Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Writing, reading, speaking of Spanish an asset.
