Description
ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Tool Washer to ensure cleanliness and timely delivery to mechanics, all assets relating to inspection and transport equipment supporting ROSEN USA's in-line inspection tools.Seeking entry-level candidate to assist in the cleaning of ILI Tools and maintaining a safe work area. Assistant will wash ILI Tools with hot pressurized water. Certification training will be provided for utilization of forklift. Assistant will also help Maintenance Technicians as needed.
The Toolwasher will be responsible for the following:
- Perform scheduled cleaning in a professional quality minded manner which may include the operations of pressure washing, scrubbing and sweeping.
- Prepare in-line inspection tools for scheduled work by loading and unloading tools and equipment with the use of forklift, overhead crane or other lifting equipment.
- Ensuring the tool does not sustain damage to sensitive components during the washing cycle.
- Monitor levels of cleaning solution and other chemicals and report when levels require replenishment.
- Perform work as directed by your supervisor.
Requirements
Qualification or Skills:- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with pressure washing equipment.
- Must have the ability to operate a forklift.
- Must comply with established Health and Safety regulations.
- A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather and spend a good deal of time outdoors.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. with the assistance of another person from a start height of 48 inches to an end height of 9 inches form the floor up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to lift up to 29 lbs. from a start height of 9 inches to end height of 36 inches from the floor up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to push-pull up to 35 lbs. a distance of 75 feet up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to push-pull with a force up to 10 lbs. a distance of 300 feet up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to push-pull with a force up to 39 lbs. a distance of 10 feet up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to push-pull with a force up to 17 lbs. a distance of 75 feet up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to push-pull up to 30 lbs. up to 2 times per hour.
- Must be able to grasp/squeeze tools with forces up to 45 lbs. up to 20 times per hour.
- Must be able to ascend/descend a flight of 18 stairs with a height of 10 inches form the floor up to 1 time per hour.
- Must be able to stand up to 1 hour continuously for a total of up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to walk a distance up to 300 feet.
