Description

ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ an Supply Chain Coordinator to be responsible for establishing, reviewing, and maintaining product inventory levels to support the sales and production functions of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts Q/A for the accuracy and completeness of ILI and NDT equipment for client service commitments to include the physical preparation and visual inspection
• Works closely with the Project Management, Field and Shop Operations Departments to ensure smooth flow of information for the preparation, mobilization and demobilization of company equipment
• Maintains records of every equipment movement via the Project Preparation Report which is archived in the project folders and SharePoint
• Inputs information in various databases and ROSEN Business software to timely and accurately reflect the locations of assets, company property and other equipment as well as capture and assign incurred cost correctly
• Coordinates 3rd party transportation services to expedite the delivery of ILI tools and resources to fulfill client commitments while realizing cost efficiencies
• Provides high-level of customer service to Project Management office to accommodate for changes in operating environment from services exceptions as well as offer alternative solutions to maintain project schedules
• Prepares bills of lading, packing lists, proforma and commercial invoices, SLIs and any other required domestic and international shipping documentation
• Determines best method and mode of transportation/shipment to meet or exceed customer (internal/external) requirements
• Works with Transportation Manager to maintain 5S Standards
• Communicates clearly with internal stakeholders as well as providers, suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow
• Adheres to all domestic and international shipping regulations, e.g. proper tariff classifications, labeling and marking of dangerous goods/materials, etc.
• Participates in warehouse of activities to include packing and fulfillment of service equipment as well as loading and offloading of transportation equipment, e.g. trucks, trailers, vans, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining various ROSEN databases to include task-handling and clearing as well as ensuring a high-level of accurate data entry quality
• Represents SCM process as Supply Chain Lead in functions and responsibilities as part of the Uniform Process
• Collaborates with Inventory group with work and sales orders of products and parts to external customers and other ROSEN companies
• Constantly  is  looking  for  ways  to  improve  processes  to  become  more  efficient  and productive
• Perform other special projects as directed by department manager and/or upper management

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Must have computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Must  be  experienced  in  a  fast-paced,  professional,  customer  service  driven  team environment.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of warehouse processes and procedures preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret  safety rules, work  procedures, technical instructions and technical references is a plus.
